RIM has a new BlackBerry smartphone in a drawer waiting to be uncovered and made official: BlackBerry Bold 9790. This is the obvious successor to the 9700 and Bold 9780 Bold. Today we see the BlackBerry 9790 in some hands-on pictures taken by BGR. In fact, we do not see in the picture “hands”, but only to an old terminal that accando Bold 9900. For those who do not intend it, the new smartphone is on the left.
The new operating system offers BlackBerry Bold OS 7, touchscreen display which we do not know the resolution, a 1.2GHz processor, NFC, Wi-Fi, GPS, 5 megapixel camera and 8GB of internal memory.
When the phone will be unveiled? Following the logic of RIM, the Bold 9700 was announced in October 2009, the Bold 9780 in October 2010, so it is possible that the Bold 9790 is officially during this October. If you are curious you will find a second picture after the jump.
