There was little doubt about it, especially after the first images circulated of the new LG Prada K2, the third incarnation of the line phones created by Korean company in collaboration with the famous Italian fashion house. The two companies have formalized the partnership has once again brought to market two exclusive and smartphones that will allow the new model presented in early 2012.
Until now, the LG Prada smartphone models are characterized by their high-end positioning, even in very large part motivated by the mark. The farmyard fashion house, in fact, is one of the most exclusive and popular brands in the world and LG has long understood that a collaboration would bring with it the creation of phones with great style and great charm. Suffice it to say that the LG Prada first ever produced is in the permanent collection of the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York and the Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA) in Shanghai.
But we must also recognize that the phone’s hardware equipment should not be all bad, at least from what the rumors. LG certainly do not want to live solely on the reputation of the Prada brand. The screen should have a Nova and a diagonal of 4.3 inches. The rear camera should have a resolution of 8 Megapixels, while the front would reach 1.3 megapixels. Mystery on the processor, but will almost certainly be a dual core. The OS will be Android 2.3 Gingerbread and given the highly personalized nature of the phone, it is unclear whether or not you can upgrade to Ice Cream Sandwich.
