While it was massively convinced now that Nokia saw its future in the smartphone only Windows phone, the Finnish group Nokia has announced a surprise 500. This is a smartphone which will be sold economically in the third quarter of the price of 199 euros and will have included Anna Symbian operating system.
Nokia 500 smartphone is the first company to be equipped with a 1 GHz CPU, a processor fast enough to make this product one of the fastest smartphones in its price range. Can handle various applications and run them without any delay, and thanks to the technology of browsing will offer Nokia’s navigation and Internet experience more satisfying than seen in the past with other Nokia devices of the line.
For alongside the processor there are 2 GB of onboard memory – expandable to 32 GB via Micro SD memory card, 256 MB RAM and 512 MB ROM. The screen is 3.2-inch capacitive, and there are also a 5 megapixel camera and a music player. There will be two colors available in stores, with interchangeable covers among other things. Broad support for connectivity: HSDPA 14.4 Mbps, WiFi b / g, Bluetooth 2.1, A-GPS and micro-USB port. The battery will guarantee autonomy of 450 hours in standby, if 5 or 7 hours of talk time and 35 hours of audio playback.
Also integrated into the Nokia 500 Nokia maps with the ability to have available so even if a complete smartphone at limited cost, which can also act as a real navigation system.
