Continuing rumors about the upcoming Samsung Galaxy 2 Notes, the second generation of the “phablet” that Korean House has launched on the market last fall and which has made a name for his screen really huge for the category to which it belongs. According to the latest rumors have come from Asia, the second version could see the light at IFA Berlin 2012, which will take place from 31 August to 5 September.
One very important scenario, which last year saw the debut of the first model. Korean House has thus decided to confirm the tradition of the Berlin event to launch the second generation, but still do not know very much. We depart from the screen: the indiscretion of the launch in Berlin has been released by the Korean head MK Business News, which, citing the same anonymous source and well-read, she also reported as the successor to the Galaxy Notes will have a display with a diagonal slightly bigger than the model that preceded, or 5.5 inch against the “old” 5.3. Not that there was really no need to enlarge, but the first rumors had hinted that the Korean company would have made a more significant breakthrough, reaching at least 5.8 inches. With such dimensions, however, it is fair to recognise that would change little. Indeed, it is a Samsung don’t overdo the size, otherwise the Galaxy Note would turn into a tablet to compete with other products in the House.
As mentioned, absolute mystery even on other features. The screen size, however, will presumably also associated to a sensitive increase of the resolution, so you will need to equip this machine a CPU worthy of that jump. It would pass as well from the old 1.4 Ghz dual core for at least one new quad core, although there is an absolute mystery on his model and its power. Possible that it could be the same 4 Exynos that already equips the new Samsung Galaxy S3. This processor will also need power to run properly the new Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, which almost certainly will be the operating system pre-installed on your system. A big step forward is also planned for the camera: on the old model you could already enjoy an excellent 8 Megapixel resolution, but the next generation may make the big jump coming at least 12 megapixels, maybe even 13.

Of course these are only rumors for now, but in the next couple of months we are sure you will come new clues about this renewed “phablet”.
