Samsung Expands Android product family with the new Galaxy Pocket, one of the smaller smartphone launched by the South Korean company, with sizes 103 x 57 x 12 mm thick. The device has a smooth modern design, young and pretty in line with other products of this type on the market.
Comes with Android 2.3 Gingerbread, coupled with Samsung’s TouchWiz user interface. It has a 2.8 inch screen QVGA LCD display with resolution of 240 x 320 pixels, uses a single core processor 832MHz and internal disk 3 GB expandable through microSD up to 32 GB.

The Pocket is reduced throughout and it shows with the photographic industry that has a 2 megapixel camera with autofocus. the connection is guaranteed by the support for HSDPA networks with maximum download speed of 3.6 Mbps, Bluetooth 3.0, also the Wi-Fi, GPS/A-chip internal GPS, a digital compass and accelerometer.
Should not miss much out of Pocket, you might find a place on the shelves Italians already in a few weeks at a price of around 130 euros and then follow the rest of Europe.
